“General Academic Meeting” of the 2022-2023 Academic Year was held on June 2, 2023 at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University`s Congress and Culture Center. Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Deputy Rector Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova and academic staff attended the meeting.

The meeting started with the national anthems of both countries. Then the new promotional film of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and the documentary film "For My Child", which is a joint production of TRT and Manas University were screened. KTMU Deputy Rector Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova emphasized the Turkish-Kyrgyz brotherhood and friendship and said, “We are here to evaluate the 2022-2023 academic year and exchange ideas. I hope we will achieve even better things together."

Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan gave statistical information about the achievements, educational activities, research studies and academic developments of our university. Manas University constantly develops its own resources and is open to change and development scientifically and technologically. He also shared information about projects carried out to increase our University's education quality and international competitiveness. Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan expressed his gratitude to all academicians who contributed to the successful completion of an academic year full of important steps and achievements for the next year.

After the presentation, certificates of appreciation were presented to some academics based on their academic performance. The General Academic Meeting of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University was a significant event where scientific and academic achievements were evaluated and future goals were determined. This meeting was recorded as a productive meeting where the academic community of our university came together and celebrated achievements.
