International Forum on Public Administration with the theme “Organization of Turkic States and the Future of Public Administration in the Turkic World” started at Kyrgyz-Turkish “Manas” University. In 2023, the International Forum on Public Administration will commence on June 05, 2023 and last for three days.

Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University`s Rektor Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan said, “With the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, there have been innovations in many areas, especially the rule of law and women's rights. Now we have opened the door to a new century. We are on the verge of a new century declared by our President as the century of Turkey and continued as the “Century of the Turkic World”. Of course, many innovations await us in this century. We are in a process where data analysis has changed, artificial intelligence projects, new tools, methods, technological data are taking place and we are always constantly renewing ourselves." Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan concluded his speech and thanked all the participants who attended such an important academic meeting that carries our common past to our common future.

KTMU Deputy Rector Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova said, “The International Forum on Public Administration with the theme of "Organization of Turkic States and the Future of Public Administration in the Turkic World" is very important for us and the results of the forum are very important for both Kyrgyzstan and Turkey."
