An informational meeting was held by the Center for Assessment, Selection, and Placement (ÖSYM) for academic and administrative staff who will take part in the entrance exams on July 06, 2023.

At the opening of the meeting, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan gave short information about the QS success of our university and stated that the main goal in the future is to be among the “Top 500 universities”. Rector also said that they had started all necessary initiatives for this goal. Finally, Rector wished the staff who will take part in the entrance exams to show high responsibility this year, as they do every year.

Advisor to the Rector Prof. Dr. Serhat Burmaoglu also discussed the QS success of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. He emphasized that as a university, productivity in research should be developed and especially ISI (SCI Expanded, SSCI, and AHCI) Indexed publications should be actively produced by our academicians. In addition, he stressed the importance of establishing research networks and international collaborations to improve Quacquarelli Symonds' success.

Prof. Dr. Kurshad Yılmaz gave our academic and administrative staff detailed information about entrance exams. Stating that the number of prospective students has increased compared to last year, he said that the exam will be held in 227 auditoriums of the university. Also, he said that all exam preparations have been completed. A total of 7321 candidates will compete in the entrance exams on Sunday, July 09, 2023.
