Security Seminar at Manas University
On September 29, 2023 a special seminar was held at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University to raise awareness of students about security issues. The event was organized by the Lenin Region Police Department and took place at the Manas University's Congress and Cultural Center. Nazira Kubanychbek, the Head of the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports of Manas University, emphasized the importance of security by stating, “There are two basic values in human life: the first is health, and the second is human security.”
Director of Safety and Security of Manas University Abdygapar Estebesov said: “The reason for this meeting is related to the safety of students. Because education and work become impossible in an environment where security is not ensured. We are making efforts to keep you safe. You can contact us 24/7 if you have any security problems. I wish all students success in their education.”
Chief Inspector Ruslan Razzakov and First Lieutenant İlgiz Mirbek Uulu informed the students of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University about the security measures both in Bishkek city and on the Chyngyz Aitmatov Campus of Manas University. At the end of the meeting, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and got more information about security. Manas University continues its work by maintaining its sensitivity to the security of its students and staff as in every issue.
