Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliev Was Awarded a Medal by KTMU

On October 6, 2023, the “Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University 25th Anniversary Service Medal” was awarded to Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. On this significant day, Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev had attended the conference titled “Current Evaluations of Living/Cadaveric Donor Liver Transplantation” as the guest of honor. During this event, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan stated, “Contributions by Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev to the establishment of this faculty are quite remarkable. Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev is a name that will be etched in golden letters at the Faculty of Medicine of Manas University.” He continued his words by highlighting, “Dear Minister, despite facing numerous challenges, when he signed the founding document of the Faculty of Medicine on December 30, 2021, he once again exemplified the strength of the Kyrgyz-Turkish brotherhood and friendship.” Rector also conveyed the immense joy and warm welcome that Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev upon his reinstatement. Subsequently, the medal presentation ceremony commenced, honoring Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev for his close cooperation and substantial contributions to the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine at the university.

In response, Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev expressed his gratitude to Rector Alpaslan Ceylan and conveyed, “First and foremost, I am elated to be here today and host such an eminent scientist in our country. The information shared by Prof. Dr. Yalçın and the surgical procedures he has performed hold immense value for humanity.” Minsiter further emphasized the significant commitment of President Sadyr Japarov of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan towards advancing organ transplantation efforts, including the invitation of specialists and physicians from various countries. During these initiatives, Kyrgyzstan welcomed 130 physicians from around the world. Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev expressed optimism about the possibility of future collaborative studies with the support of Prof. Dr. Kamil Yalçın Polat representing Turkey and Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, acting as a bridge between the two nations.

Moreover, Minister Beishenaliev praised Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, acknowledging its position as one of the most esteemed universities in Central Asia. He revealed that the university had applied to the Ministry to establish a Faculty of Medicine in 2021 and had successfully met all necessary requirements. He expressed his confidence in Manas University's potential for even greater achievements, exemplified by the conference held on that day. Minister Beishenaliev reiterated his commitment to supporting the university, concluding with his well-wishes for success and good health to all the students.
