Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Achieves Great Success in Internationalization
Manas University, a pioneer in rapid changes and developments in higher education globally, stands out with its high visibility in the international arena. The university known for its recent studies, continues to prove itself on the global stage with its student and academic profile.
The latest developments regarding the internationalization activities of our university are as follows:
- Manas University has taken a crucial step in institutional data management. With the “Institutional Data Management Coordinatorship Directive,” all data has been centralized and organized to be shared with national and international institutions. Prof. Dr. Olgun Çiçek, an expert in this field, has been appointed as the coordinator.
- In line with its commitment to sustainability, Manas University has initiated actions to determine environmental policies within the framework of QS. The Sustainability Commission has made three decisions on environmental policy and work in this area has been accelerated.
- Manas University has begun collecting all its work aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals on the “sdg.manas.edu.kg” webpage. This aims to provide easy access to the university's sustainability projects and announce achievements to a broader audience.
- With a strong international network, Manas University has made significant contributions to international cooperation by signing bilateral academic cooperation protocols with 12 different international universities.
- Manas University has demonstrated an impressive performance in international mobility. Through the Orhun Exchange Program and various bilateral collaborations, 24 students came to our university, while 32 students from Manas University went to other universities abroad. In the same period, within the scope of international cooperation, three lecturers went abroad, while 25 lecturers came to Manas University and engaged in academic activities.
- Actively participating in international events, Manas University has started to closely follow global developments. Its achievements at the global level once again demonstrate the university's commitment to internationalization and its impressive vision.
