Rector Alpaslan Ceylan Receives a Certificate of Appreciation from TRNC President Ersin Tatar
President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Honorary President of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World Ersin Tatar presented the “Certificate of Appreciation” to the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan for his outstanding achievements in organizing the conference on “Energy Investments and Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan.” The event was organized in collaboration with the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World, EcoEurasia Foundation, Turkish Energy Producers Association and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
