Online Courses Continue within the scope of the Digital Citizenship of the Turkic World Project

On December 30, 2023, the “Meetings of Students of the Turkic World” were held as part of the Digital Citizenship of the Turkic World initiative. This week, the program was hosted by Irfan Gurdal, a lecturer of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the KTMU. The online event, which featured the participation of academicians and students from various regions of the Turkic World, garnered attention with its seminar on “Music in Kyrgyzstan and Turkish Culture.”

Lecturer İrfan Gurdal delved into the details of Kyrgyz music, highlighting its special place in the musical culture of the Turkic World. The event showcased performances on the Manas Epic and Kyrgyz music, capturing the keen interest of the participants.

These online events, organized as part of the project, aim to build a bridge among youth by sharing knowledge and experiences related to the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic World. With different topics and guests featured each week, the Meetings of Students of the Turkic World provide students with a unique learning experience, emphasizing cultural richness and raising awareness about digital citizenship.
