During the seminar, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan emphasized the importance of initiatives such as Orhun Exchange Programs, Traditional Sports Games, symposiums, and various events held at Manas University under the Turkic Universities Union-Organization of Turkic States. These initiatives, he stated, are crucial steps towards creating common educational activities in the Turkic World.

Rector Alpaslan Ceylan also highlighted the Turkic World Digital Citizenship Project, mentioning that the project has been adopted by more than 110 universities from 12 countries, with 21 thousand students participating so far. He added, “Within the scope of the project, more than 300 scientists and 1400 volunteers have made significant contributions to the future of the Turkic World.”

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan expressed that it is the main responsibility of universities to closely follow technological developments in higher education and to use them effectively. He stated, “Staying abreast of rapidly evolving technologies stands as one of the critical tasks of universities. This is the basis for improving the quality of the education we offer to students and raising the leaders of the future.” Rector Alpaslan Ceylan also emphasized the need for the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) to be in closer cooperation with the Turkic World.

The meeting, based on the unity of civilization, culture, history, and language, provided a platform for speakers to share their annual evaluations and discuss the work carried out on behalf of the Turkic World.
