Communication Conferences Concluded at KTMU

Between May 10-20, 2024, the first event of the Communication Conferences series, organized by Manas Agency and Faculty of Communication, was held with the participation of experts in their fields. This conference series, aimed at bringing together leading professionals and Manas University students, as well as raising awareness of current developments, was met with wide participation and interest.

Moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shakir Guler and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdulhakim Bahadyr Dary, the event covered three important topics.

In the first session, titled “Building the Dramatic Structure in Short Film,” participants gained valuable insights into how the dramatic structure should be established in short film scenarios. The second session discussed “Communication and Humor as Positive Characteristics of Effective Teachers.”

The final session, “New Millennium Disorders: Cognitive Behavioral Disorders Caused by Communication Technologies,” focused on cognitive and behavioral disorders caused by modern communication technologies. This session, which attracted great interest from students and academics, created significant awareness by highlighting current problems.

This conference series aimed to raise awareness about current developments in the field of communication, bringing together experts and students to share knowledge and experience. At the end of the seminars, officials from Manas Agency and the Faculty of Communication stated that they will continue to contribute to the field of communication with similar events in the future.
