Manas University Successfully Completed Quality Management System Audit
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University successfully completed the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Documentation audit conducted by the Turkish Standards Institution Certification Center. This important audit took place between May 21-24, 2024, and was led by Turkish Standards Institution Chief Auditor Mehmet Ali Goksel.
On the first day of the audit, Chief Auditor Mehmet Ali Goksel met with Manas University's Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan. Following the meeting, training sessions on “Quality Management System Basics and Documentation,” “Risk-Based Process Management,” and “Quality Management System Internal Audit” were organized for Manas University's employees.
During the audit, all academic and administrative units of the university were comprehensively examined. Faculties, institutes, and departments were visited, and detailed evaluations were made. Throughout the intensive four-day audit process, all university units actively participated.
The closing meeting of the audit was held on May 24, 2024, at the Rectorate Conference Hall. At the closing meeting, Mehmet Ali Goksel shared the results of the assessment, expressed his satisfaction with the university's quality efforts, and made some suggestions for improvement. Speaking at the meeting, General Secretary of Manas University and Manas University's Quality Management Representative, Prof. Dr. Oktay Ozgul emphasized the importance the university attaches to the quality management system and its commitment to this process. Prof. Dr. Oktay Ozgul thanked Mehmet Ali Goksel for his efficient audit work and presented him with a Certificate of Appreciation.
Manas University once again proved its compliance with TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards. The dedication and cooperation shown during this process reinforced the university's commitment to quality management.
With its successful efforts in quality management, Manas University continues to comply with international standards and aim for excellence in education.
