Rector Alpaslan Ceylan Receives the “Service Award of the Turkic World”
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan received the “Service Award of the Turkic World” from the “Silk Road” Foundation.
The Administration Board of the “Silk Road” Foundation, in its decision dated 05.07.2024 and numbered 63, awarded Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan for conducting significant studies throughout the Turkic World, ensuring the development of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, its recognition in the Turkic World and globally, and making it one of the most respected universities. The award also recognizes his efforts in enhancing the friendship and cooperation between Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan to an advanced level, contributing greatly to the prestige, scientific, and intellectual unity of Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye within the Silk Road geography, and conducting intensive studies for the national and spiritual cooperation and development of the Turkic World.
The award was presented to Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan at a ceremony held on July 31, 2024, within the framework of the “Summer Education Events from Seven Continents to Türkiye,” attended by the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye Yusuf Tekin.
