Cooperation Protocol Was Renewed with Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center

Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, who traveled to Samarkand (Uzbekistan) for the TÜRKÜNİB meeting, visited universities, institutes and research centers and held meetings. One of them was the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center. Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan renewed the previous cooperation protocol in education at the request of center officials.

At the meeting Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan said: “We are very pleased that there is a research center where the Hanafi Maturidism religious understanding, which is significant for both the Republic of Turkey and other Turkic Republics, is taught scientifically. I sincerely thank everyone who contributed to the establishment of such a well-equipped center. Our university slogan is: More than just a university. In line with this slogan, our aim is to provide scientific support not only to Kyrgyzstan but also to all the Turkic Republics. We carry out result-oriented studies and follow their progress by identifying relevant units at the universities with which we have agreements. I believe that together with your center, our Faculty of Theology will produce very high quality works and I wish our bilateral agreement is auspicious.”

Director Dr. Shovosil Ziyodov, who expressed his satisfaction with the visit of the delegation of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, headed by Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov and International Relations Coordinator Prof. Dr. Kemal Polat.

With the renewed protocol, decisions were taken to expand the scope of cooperation between the two educational institutions. This was done to take it to higher levels and transform it into concrete projects.
