Pride of Our University Artykbai Suyundukov Receives an Award from the Bishkek International Film Festival
On November 21, 2023, the closing ceremony of the Bishkek International Film Festival took place at the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. This prestigious event was dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of Chyngyz Aitmatov. The festival brought together many prominent figures of the film industry in both national and international categories.
At the award ceremony, People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University`s Department of Radio, Television and Cinema Lecturer Artykbai Suyundukov was awarded the “Best Actor” award for his unique performance in the film “Lake” directed by Emil Atageldiev. We congratulate Artykbai Suyundukov, the pride of Manas University and wish him continued success.
